What is the approximate price range for your photography services?
We tailor quotes based on product type and shooting requirements. Pure white background product images start at a lower price, while scene-based photos or video production cost slightly more. Please share your product category and approximate SKU count, and we'll provide a price range the same day. No hidden fees—all costs are fully confirmed before quoting.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results after shooting?
Before each project begins, we confirm the style references and shooting plan. You can approve remotely or on-site during filming. After delivery, you get 2 rounds of free revisions. We've been serving international trade clients since 2002, and delivering results is our core commitment.
I'm out of town. How should I send the samples to you?
Samples can be shipped from anywhere in China. The receiving address is Jiading, Shanghai (see the Cooperation Process page). We recommend sending 1 to 2 pieces per style and packing them carefully. After shooting, we will arrange for return shipping with freight collect.
How long is the production cycle? Will it meet my launch deadline?
Standard pure white background product images: 3-5 business days. Scene photography and video projects vary by scope, typically 5-7 business days. Rush orders available via a 48-hour express lane with prior notice.
